I've managed to fix the problem by completely uninstalling my video drivers once more, restarting and updating to the latest video card drivers. Hope this will also help you Joshafool. I have removed every trace of Nvidias drivers and installed new ones did not work Deleted all Black Ops 2 files and re-downloading now.
